The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows:

• "Service" means all emoji-related services provided by the Company.
• "User" means a person who uses the service according to the Company's terms.
• "Content" means emojis, text, images, etc. provided through the service.

1. These terms take effect for all users who use the service.

2. The Company may change these terms when necessary within the scope that does not violate related laws.

3. Changes to the terms will be announced in advance through notices within the service.

The Company provides the following services:

• Emoji search and categorization services
• Emoji combination and creation tools
• Text to emoji art conversion services
• Detailed emoji information and usage instructions
• Other services as determined by the Company

1. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.

2. The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in case of system maintenance, server expansion and replacement, communication failures, natural disasters, etc.

3. Users may not use information obtained through the service by copying, reproducing, modifying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior approval, or provide it to third parties.

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that harm the security of the service
• Acts that interfere with other users' use of the service
• Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Publishing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the service
• Commercial use of information obtained through the service

1. The emojis used in the service follow Unicode Consortium standards, and each copyright belongs to the respective rights holder.

2. The copyright for the design, text, scripts, graphics, etc. of the service provided by the Company belongs to the Company.

1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision when it cannot provide services due to natural disasters, wars, and other force majeure equivalent thereto.

2. The Company is not responsible for service use disorders caused by the user's attributable reasons.

1. The Company establishes and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for such damages.

2. Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved according to Korean law.
